Having owned a successful massage therapy business for over a decade while also being a busy mom, Mary Beth knows firsthand the struggle to slow down and implement self-care just like she tells her clients to do.
In 2022 and 2023, Mary Beth has won "Best Massage Therapist" in the Pitch's "Best Of" series and in 2023 her massage company, Lifestyle Massage + Bodywork, won "Best Massage Clinic." KC Corporate Chair Massage exists to bring that “Best of” wellness experience into your workplace for your employees.
